Cancelation Policies
It is always our goal to be transparent with how Dandy Dog is run. We implement cancelation policies to help with scheduling, and also because our time is worth it. Services must be canceled through PetPocketBook; we are no longer accepting texts or emails as a way of canceling. Cancelation fee still applies if client reschedules appointment within the cancelation time period.
Dog Walks
$10 fee if canceled within 24 hours; Full amount of service charged if canceled on the same day as the appointment.
100% of service charged if canceled within 14 Days. A 50% nonrefundable deposit will be required at time of booking.
Full amount of session is charged if canceled within 48 hours. If you have paid for a pack, you will loose one of your pack sessions.
Full amount of session is charged if canceled within 30 days. A 50% nonrefundable deposit will be required at time of booking.
